What type of decor/items/services do you offer?

Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day setup, for an additional fee?
We offer full service from set up to finish. Additional fees apply and can be quoted during the booking process.
Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?
Yes, we include in our pricing delivery, setup and breakdown.
If you haven't worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
As part of the consultation we visit the sites before the event to make contact with the vendor/site and also provide a computerized site layout giving you a detailed drawing of how your event will look.
What wedding planning services do you offer?
Day-of Coordinator, Partial Planning, Full Planning
How many planners do you work with?
Depending on the event size and details, one or more can be provided.
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
We have coordinated all sizes of weddings, receptions and special events. In the past, we have had events ranging in size from 50 to 12,000 guests.
What are your payment terms?
At time of booking, we require a 25% deposit with the balance due two weeks prior to your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
When will the event be delivered and set-up?
We will coordinate with you and/or your venue and will set up your event. Tents are normally set 2-3 days prior to your event (weather permitting), with decor being set the evening before or the day of your event.
Do you offer any other specializations that have not been covered?
Please call us for specializations and any other questions. We will be happy to work with you and plan your entire event. Our goal is to make your special day stress free and memorable.
