As part of the consultation we visit the sites before the event to make contact with the vendor/site and also provide a computerized site layout giving you a detailed drawing of how your event will look.

We have coordinated all sizes of weddings, receptions and special events. In the past, we have had events ranging in size from 50 to 12,000 guests.
At time of booking, we require a 25% deposit with the balance due two weeks prior to your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
We will coordinate with you and/or your venue and will set up your event. Tents are normally set 2-3 days prior to your event (weather permitting), with decor being set the evening before or the day of your event.
